We’re looking for an ambitious Paid Media Manager to join our growing Digital Performance Team.

As a Paid Media Manager at bbd, you’ll get the opportunity to craft and implement paid media strategies for a range of exciting B2B & B2C brands, including Visa, Aruba, Hewlett-Packard, Waterside Holidays and Quintet Private Bank.
Our clients work with us to maximise their leads and sales, so having a sound understanding of how to plan a through-the-funnel strategy and drive conversions is important.
This position would suit a candidate who has experience managing paid media campaigns on Facebook & Instagram, Linkedin, and Google Ads.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Auditing client accounts to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance
- Planning and executing integrated paid media campaigns across Facebook & Instagram, Google, TikTok, Linkedin and more.
- Producing new ad briefs for the creative team based on account insights, click-through, engagement, and conversion data
- Optimising campaigns to achieve the absolute best results for clients, considering performance across all channels.
- Helping clients understand performance with regular reporting calls and reports to inform them of account changes and performance highlights
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years paid media experience
- Competent using Facebook Business Manager and Linkedin Campaign Manager
- Confident producing result led social strategies and projections
- Comfortable providing data-led recommendations to optimise performance
- Demonstrated track record driving results
- Relevant BS/BA degree preferred
