Working somewhere with buzz, innovation and a good sense of humour is what I always wanted – and bbd brings just that.
Man, do we push out some cool creative here, even with the more corporate brands and restrictive guidelines. And the results? Absolutely insane!
Two and a half years at an agency go by in the blink of an eye, yet also they feel like forever – you learn a lot from the challenges, the mistakes, the successes and most importantly the people around you.
Your colleagues see the ups, the downs, the doubts and the successes, and your relationships with clients go beyond the emails and targets. Agency life is crazy and if you’re in for a ride you will have an unforgettable time. And this is how I will remember my first Agency job.
bbd has taught me so much about the art of client services, but most importantly it’s given me trust to run major projects and bond with some big names. I sure am a different person from when I started.
What used to seem so big and scary when I began my journey, is now a day to day “bish bash bosh” kind of task and I love that. You get challenged, you push through it and you grow as an individual in more ways than one.
This isn’t really a goodbye – more of a “see you around” – the friendships and relationships built with colleagues and clients will remain there. After all, the world is like a big pond and somewhere along the way you always cross paths with familiar faces again.
