From day one, you'll be exposed to a variety of exciting projects, from strategic creative, to digital performance and video content production across social and OOH. You will support multiple international clients, managing multiple live project deliveries and working closely with an onsite creative, content and motion team. Your best attribute will be your ability to build valued, unshakeable relationships with external clients and the internal studio.
At bbd account managers are the beating heart of the agency. Our client service teams know all about their clients; who they are, how they operate and how they want to work with us. They help direct and support the entire agency in delivering beyond the expected every single day.
Our Account Managers are passionate about finding solutions, not just recognising problems; because they know the difference between the task list that means job done, and the one which means job well done.
Our clients operate in the complex and competitive b2b space and we have supported most of them for over a decade. So with strong relationships developed, the challenges come from continuing to operate at value-add standards while delivering innovative solutions. And all whilst adapting to the AI marketing world that develops around us. Our service offering to our clients is mostly digital content, with smart (and sometimes fast) craft and thinking applied.
