Nourish delivers innovative care management software for healthcare providers across the UK. When we noticed an industry-wide disconnect between selling the rational benefits of software and the emotionally-driven act of caregiving, we set out to build a brand story that would bridge the gap.

We crafted a compelling story that showed how carers could be empowered by Nourish to ‘care better’ — an approach which would prove to be a powerful tool for persuasion. Our key theme? At its core, caregiving revolves around bringing joy into people’s lives. With a limited budget, our team went to work selecting stock footage that celebrated the human aspects of care work — sharing jokes, getting dressed and socialising with others — rather than its more practical duties.
The video performed exceptionally well, with click-through rates for top and middle of funnel ads between 3.8%-5%. These were outstanding results for an industry where anything over 1% is considered good and over 2% is excellent.
Thanks to a carefully considered script, smart editing and emotive music, we delivered a natural-feeling product that smashed expectations and produced large engaged audience pools for retargeting and converting.
