It brings an incredibly complex payments ecosystem to life through a series of carefully constructed personas on a custom-built platform adhering to Visa’s strict security protocols.
Rich, interactive content alongside technical information, enabling users to access content relevant for them at any point of engagement.
The secure back-end provides frictionless access for trusted clients and partners, whilst giving Visa’s sales teams a rich database of leads for their long-tail CRM programme.
The project has been incredibly well received both internally and by clients and partners. It was a first for Visa in being a standalone B2B targeted platform. The dedicated internal team has worked collaboratively with our design and development team for the last two years, with Visa Navigate Experiences being recognised as the de facto standard for digital B2B storytelling.
