William Russell are a global leader in expat insurance. They pride themselves on their specialisation in overseas insurance, personal customer service, and regularly updated products. But they were struggling to convert visits to their website into requests for a quote. They tasked bbd with creating a brand overhaul, website refresh and new messaging framework.
bbd held an internal branding strategy workshop and combined this with audience research data to deliver a refreshed brand design, brand voice and UX design. This approach refined and organised the product messaging into clearly defined pillars, while our front end and back end development team focused on rebuilding the site with consistent branding. We also rebranded the quote engine, provided front end code for a new customer portal and performed ongoing back end maintenance with site and server administration.
